Bay Area Collection

Project type

Tlacuilolli

Date

May 2026

Location

Redwood City, CA

Toponymic symbols gave name and identity to the center of Mexico. Through this hand-painted card collection in tlacuilolli inspired style I bring this visual language to my new home, the Bay Area. These growing series showcase iconic nature and contemporary elements such as the redwood trees, the Golden Gate bridge, Claude the alligator, the California poppy and more.
